A bit about me and my journey:

My heart’s calling is to help others embody their wholeness and realize their true self, their full potential. I am a Reiki Master, Somatic Movement Educator, and Registered Nurse, board certified in Holistic Nursing and Nurse Coaching. I am also a certified HeartMath® Practitioner.

My journey to true self began over 26 years ago, when I started exploring intuition, meditation, movement, and various healing modalities. This exploration has brought me a wealth of practical knowledge and a strong intuitive sense.

About 20 years ago, my journey intensified when I had a serious car accident and almost died. During my months of recovery, I was in so much physical pain that I spent most of my time journeying with spirit and sitting in nature. My bonds with spirit and nature deepened and strengthened, giving me a fuller and deeper capacity for healing and intuiting. What a gift!

About 4 years after the car accident, I decided I wanted to become a nurse, and I’m so glad I did! Being a nurse brought me a lot of new knowledge and allowed me to hone my interpersonal and communication skills.

Fast forward to 2022, when I began the Transformative Nurse Coaching program: WOW! My growth accelerated, and my love for myself and life came into full bloom. Training to be a coach and now being a coach gives me the opportunity to integrate all of my previous skills into one powerful offering- coaching!

A few things about my coaching style:

1. I will be your Space Holder. So you can slow down and get curious about yourself. So you can be seen and heard.

2. I will be your Cheerleader. So you can see and know your worth and beauty. So you can be encouraged and inspired.

3. I will be your Challenger. So you can get unstuck and reorient. So you can gently nudge yourself or playfully give yourself a kick in the rear, whichever is needed.

Together, we will create a safe, sacred space in which magic can unfold.
